Cranberry Sauce
3-1/2 cups fresh cranberries
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup water
1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Combine cranberries, sugar, brown sugar, water and lemon juice in a sauce pan over medium-high heat and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat to a simmer and cook, stirring occasionally, until thickened. Serve hot or cold.
