Rosemary Zucchini

2 tablespoons olive oil
1 medium zucchini, sliced
2 cloves garlic, sliced
1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped
salt and pepper
- Heat oil with garlic in a large skillet over medium heat. Just as garlic begins to brown, add rosemary and zucchini.
- Sauté zucchini until just tender, then season with salt and pepper to serve.
Makes 4 servings
