Tartar Sauce

1 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon mustard
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 small dill pickle, chopped
salt and pepper

  1. Combine mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice and pickle.
  2. Season with salt and pepper to taste and refrigerate.
  3. Serve with Beer Battered Fish

Makes 8 servings
