Blackberry and Fig Spinach Salad

3 cups baby spinach
1 cup blackberries
6 fresh figs, halved
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
salt and pepper

  1. Combine spinach, blackberries and figs in a bowl.
  2. Whisk together vinegar and oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Toss salad with prepared vinaigrette.

Makes 4 servings
