Chicken and Pork Burritos

4 flour tortillas, warmed
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
2 cups cooked pork, shredded
1 tablespoon corn oil
1 cup Refried Beans
1 cup sour cream
1 cup corn kernels, cooked
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon ground cumin
salt and pepper

  1. Heat corn oil in a large skillet and add chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, salt and pepper. Stir in chicken and pork.
  2. Fill center of tortillas with 1/4 of meat and top with 1/4 of the corn, sour cream and refried beans.
  3. Fold up bottom of tortilla to the middle and roll up the sides to contain the filling in the tortilla.

Makes 4 servings
