Curried Cabbage

1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoon curry powder
1 medium onion, sliced
3 cups green cabbage, shredded
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons plain yogurt
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat and add the curry powder.
- Cook the onions in the curry oil until tender.
- Add the cabbage to the onions and cook, stirring occasionally, until wilted and soft.
- Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice and yogurt until well coated. Serve immediately.
