Black Beans

19 ounce canned black beans
1 small onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 tablespoon cilantro, chopped
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
salt
- Combine beans, onion and garlic in a sauce pan over medium-high heat, cooking until onions have softened.
- Reduce heat to medium-low, stir in cilantro, cayenne and salt to taste. Simmer for several minutes before serving.
