Curried Chick Peas

2 cups cooked chick peas
1 medium tomato, chopped
4 cloves
1 bay leaf
3 cloves garlic, minced
1-1/2 cups coconut milk
2 teaspoons turmeric
salt
- Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan over medium heat and cook uncovered until the sauce reduced by half.
- Garnish with cilantro, if desired.
Makes 4 servings
