Tzatziki

1 cup plain yogurt
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon dill
1 small cucumber, seeded and grated
1 teaspoon lemon juice
salt and pepper
- Strain yogurt with cheesecloth overnight to thicken or use Greek style yogurt. Also leave the grated cucumber in cheesecloth to remove any excess moisture.
- Combine all of the ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate before serving.
Makes 1 cup
