Bacon Wrapped Baby Potatoes

8 baby potatoes
8 slices bacon
salt and pepper
water

  1. Boil salted water and add potatoes, cooking until fork tender. Drain, season with salt and pepper and allow to cool to room temperature.
  2. Meanwhile, fry bacon on both sides until slightly crisped but still flexible.
  3. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
  4. Wrap individual slices of bacon around potatoes and secure with a toothpick.
  5. Arrange potatoes on a greased baking sheet and bake until the bacon is crisp, about 10 minutes.
