Bacon Wrapped Baby Potatoes

8 baby potatoes
8 slices bacon
salt and pepper
water
- Boil salted water and add potatoes, cooking until fork tender. Drain, season with salt and pepper and allow to cool to room temperature.
- Meanwhile, fry bacon on both sides until slightly crisped but still flexible.
- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
- Wrap individual slices of bacon around potatoes and secure with a toothpick.
- Arrange potatoes on a greased baking sheet and bake until the bacon is crisp, about 10 minutes.
