Yam with Cinnamon Yogurt

1 small yam
1/2 cup yogurt
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon sour cream
1/4 cup scallions
salt and pepper
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Bake yam until easily pierced with a fork, about 45 minutes.
- Slice yam in half crosswise and then make a large slit lengthwise.
- Combine yogurt, brown sugar, cinnamon, salt and pepper and spoon into the center of the yam.
- Top with a dollop of sour cream and scallions. Serve immediately.
