Corn and Walnuts

2 cups corn kernels
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
1 tablespoon corn oil
- Heat corn oil in a pot over medium-high heat.
- Add the walnuts and fry until fragrant.
- Stir in the corn kernels and continue to cook until they are tender, about 5 minutes.
Makes 4 servings
