Corn and Walnuts

2 cups corn kernels
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
1 tablespoon corn oil

  1. Heat corn oil in a pot over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the walnuts and fry until fragrant.
  3. Stir in the corn kernels and continue to cook until they are tender, about 5 minutes.
