2 pounds lean ground beef
3 eggs, beaten
3 jalapenos, seeded and chopped
1 large onion, chopped
1 large bell pepper, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup ketchup
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon salt

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Combine all of the ingredients by hand in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Divide the mixture into 24 firm walnut-sized balls and layer on a greased baking sheet.
  4. Bake until firm, bubbling and browned, about 15-20 minutes.
  5. Transfer to paper towel to remove excess grease and serve.
