Ginger Beef

1 pound beef, cut into thin strips
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons tamari
2 teaspoons ginger puree
2 tablespoons Splenda
1 tablespoon white vinegar
- Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Meanwhile, heat tamari, ginger puree, Splenda and white vinegar in a small sauce pan over medium-high heat. Continue to cook, stirring occasionally, until mixture reduces by half.
- Add beef to oil and quickly fry until completely cooked.
- Top beef with prepared sauce and serve immediately.
