Beef Cutlets

2 eight ounce beef cutlets
1 tablespoon olive oil
salt and black pepper
- Season meat liberally with black pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Fry beef cutlets until cooked through to center, flipping as necessary, about 10 minutes.
- Remove from heat and season to taste with coarse salt. Serve with Red Onion and Red Pepper in Butter Cream Sauce.
