Green Beans and Buffalo Sausage

1 cup green beans
2 buffalo sausages
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
salt and pepper
water
- Steam green beans until just tender.
- Meanwhile, fry buffalo sausages in vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the green beans to the skillet and season with salt and pepper.
Makes 2 servings
