Sugar-Free Cocoa

1 cup boiling water
1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder
2 teaspoons Splenda
1 tablespoon heavy cream

  1. Stir cocoa powder and Splenda into boiling water.
  2. Add heavy cream and top with fresh whipped cream, if desired.
