Creamy Coleslaw

2-1/2 cups cabbage, shredded
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1-1/2 tablespoons mustard
1 tablespoon white vinegar
2 tablespoons sugar
salt and pepper
- Combine all ingredients but cabbage in a bowl.
- Mix dressing with cabbage and adjust as necessary.
Makes 3 servings
