Honey Hot Chicken

2 chicken breasts, trimmed and cut into 1" strips
1 teaspoon lime juice
1/4 cup hot sauce
3 tablespoons honey
seasoning salt

  1. Cook chicken strips in lime juice in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  2. Raise heat to high and add the hot sauce and honey.
  3. Continue to cook, stirring frequently to coat chicken and prevent sticking.
  4. Allow sauce to reduce, season with seasoning salt and serve.
