Braised Garlic Broccoli

3 cups broccoli flowerets
4 cloves garlic, chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup chicken stock
- Heat olive oil over medium-high heat in a skillet.
- Add the broccoli and turn it as it becomes bright green.
- Reduce heat to low, add garlic and chicken stock and cover.
- Continue to cook until broccoli is tender, about 15 minutes.
- Remove lid and allow excess liquid to evaporate before serving.
Makes 4 servings
