Spinach and Strawberry Salad

1 pound fresh spinach, washed with stems removed
2 cups strawberries, hulled and halved
1/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons poppy seeds
1/4 cup vegetable oil
3 tablespoons cider vinegar
1/4 teaspoon paprika
salt and pepper
- Combine spinach and strawberries in a bowl.
- Whisk together dressing ingredients and pour over the spinach and strawberries. Serve immediately.
