Greek Potato Wedges

2 large baking potatoes
2 cloves garlic
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon dried dill
2 teaspoons dried oregano
salt and pepper
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Slice the potatoes into wedges, about 8 per potato.
- Coat potatoes in olive oil and season liberally with garlic and spices.
- Evenly space on a large baking sheet and bake until tender, about 20 minutes.
- Serve with Dill Yogurt Dip
