Dill Yogurt Dip

1 cup plain yogurt
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
salt and pepper

  1. Strain the yogurt through cheesecloth overnight.
  2. Add the chopped herbs and lemon juice to the thickened yogurt.
  3. Mix well and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Makes 1 cup
