Ranch Dressing

1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 clove garlic, minced
3/4 cup buttermilk
2 tablespoons fresh lemon or lime juice
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
salt and pepper

  1. Whisk together mayonnaise, garlic, lime juice and parsley in a large bowl.
  2. Stir in buttermilk and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Refrigerate in a jar or bowl until needed.

Makes 10 servings
