Cabbage and Apple Slaw

3 cups cabbage, shredded
1 medium apple, cored and grated
4 ounces cheddar, cubed
1 cup lemon yogurt

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate for at least half an hour for flavors to blend.

Makes 4 servings
