Mushroom Paprikash

1/3 cup paprika
3 tablespoons butter
1 small onion, chopped
1 pound mushrooms, sliced
1/2 cup sour cream
2 cups cooked egg noodles
- Melt butter in a deep skillet over medium heat.
- Add the onion and paprika and cook until tender.
- Add all off the mushrooms, stirring until they have simmered down.
- Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature.
- Stir in sour cream.
- Reheat and pour over egg noodles to serve.
Makes 6 servings
