Baby Bok Choy Goes Fishing

1 tablespoon fish sauce
4 cups plus 4 tablespoons water
1 teaspoon cornstarch
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
2 baby bok choy

  1. Mix fish sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, corn starch and 4 tablespoons water together.
  2. Bring pot of remaining water to a boil.
  3. Add bok choy to boiling water and cook until leaves start to wilt, about 2 minutes.
  4. Bring sauce mixture to a boil in a separate pot, stirring until thickened.
  5. Drain bok choy and cover with sauce.

Makes 4 servings
