Caesar Salad

4 cups romaine lettuce
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
1/4 cup milk
salt and pepper

  1. Rinse lettuce under cold water and pat dry with paper towel.
  2. Cut lettuce into 1" chunks. Set aside in bowl.
  3. In a separate bowl combine the rest of the ingredients, reserving 2 tablespoons of parmesan. Mix well.
  4. Add dressing to lettuce.
  5. Garnish salad with a pinch of parmesan once plated.
