Harvest Honey Squash

2 cups water
1 pound butternut squash, peeled and cubed
1/4 cup butter
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon dried thyme
salt and pepper
- Boil cubed squash in water until fork tender.
- Drain squash and return to pot.
- Mash squash with butter, honey and season with spices.
Makes 4 servings
