Hawaiian Corn

2/3 cup coconut milk
1 tablespoon butter
2 cups frozen corn
1/2 cup fresh coconut
1/2 teaspoon salt
- Mix butter and coconut milk in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Add corn and coconut and cook until tender.
- Season with salt.
Makes 4 servings
